Cruise news today. Two Southern California cruise lines modified their itineraries for passenger safety and comfort over the weekend. Princess Cruises’ Emerald Princess returned to LA a day early, while Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas adjusted its route. Carnival Cruise Line's Carnival Panorama, which left Long Beach on Saturday, will cancel its stop in Mazatlan. The ship is on a seven-night Mexican Riveria cruise and is expected to arrive in Cabo tomorrow morning. A crewman aboard the Viking Mars died in Invergordon, Scotland on Friday despite immediate medical attention. He passed away after being airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Carnival will update its North America-based ships' main dining room menus by the end of 2023. The update will start in June with Carnival Dream and will be rolled out on several ships, including Carnival Radiance, Mardi Gras, and Carnival Breeze throughout the year. Luminosa and Splendor, Carnival’s Australian ships, will adopt the new menus at the start of 2024. Brand ambassador John Heald confirmed the rollout on Facebook. Cruise line stock prices for CCL, RCL, and NCLH.
