Departing from Baltimore on September 2, 2023, the ship had to change its 14-night itinerary just four days in, canceling its planned stops in Greenland. Disney Cruise Line announced Disney Adventure will be the name of its newest ship, which will be the largest in the fleet at 208,000 gross tons and is set to debut in 2025. Acquired from the bankrupt Genting Hong Kong group, the ship is currently under construction in Germany and will operate out of Singapore, targeting the Southeast Asian market.
